Internal Insurance Processor

The Evans Agency LLC., is a growing company that is investing for its future. We are headquartered in Western New York and have a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Insurance Processor that will be responsible for supporting the Personal and Commercial Insurance Division with daily service requests along with assisting the Customer Service Representatives with project based work. They will also be responsible for multiple business insurance service duties including managing the commercial E-Doc and download transaction process for the agency as well as updating CRM platform with customer information. The incumbent will be assigned a book of business to manage for The Evans Agency which will comprise of small account customers.

What We Ask Of You:
Maintains superior customer relationships and overall customer service standards.
Work both independently and collaboratively with a team (initially 60%/40% on average)
Strong organizational skills, great follow through on tasks, ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Complete tasks in a timely manner by actively listening and quickly understand new topics
Adherence to established regulatory requirements.
Build relationships with others through solid, timely communication and useful information to build credibility
Experience & Competencies:
Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in insurance or related field strongly preferred.
Property and Casualty Insurance Broker License or ability to attain within established timeframe.
Beginner knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work within a team environment
Strong customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated good communicative and interpersonal skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
