To Be Successful, You Will Need
- Five years' experience in similar capacities managing 15
associates - Bachelor's degree is recommended

An Ordinary Day Might Include
- Develop a plan for meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Review the costs accounts for different departments
- Approve and send out payroll
- Document team members progress and development through a performance review
- Interview potential team members
- Walk through the location and grounds, documenting where work is needed

Salary:
$25.04 - $51.12Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
