These are the qualities Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is in search of.
We are in search of a Full-Time Rehab Technician for our facility.
Salary:
$11-$14 per hour Responsibilities Include:
Perform all floor ambulation for all residents as prescribed by rehab department/MD Perform AAROM/PROM for all residents as indicated Perform cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces and equipment being used as part of functional maintenance program Transfer residents in/out of the wheelchair as part of functional maintenance program Ensure splints/braces are applied/removed by nursing staff as per MD order and in accordance with wearing schedule Report any inconsistencies, functional changes, skin integrity issues (if noted) of a resident to the nursing manager and/or rehab director as needed.
Document all FAP distance, level of assistance (in nursing terms) daily in EMR Perform group wellness exercises with residents on the units (if applicable) as directed by Rehab therapy staff.
Other duties as assigned by Rehab director Requirements:
High school/GED diploma HHA/CNA certificate preferred but not required COVID-19 vaccination is required
